Lately there has been a troubling trend in sneakers with arch supports. First, for some unknown reason the toe box doesn't fit. I have been through two issues with this... the box too tight around my front toe and too tight on the outside toe. But also, there is this tendency to make the shoes extremely hard all around the top. When really the hard part needs to be in the middle of the shoe to the left and right to support your arch. This pair of shoes finally gives a lite touch around the top of the shoe and also gives a wide toe box. I put the shoes on and just felt... omg.. this is going to do it. And I have been walking around all day with the ability to stretch my toes. I actually got the bigger size 9.5 (when I am typically 9) but I think that was just right.
