This is for the 30 size.Inner liner shorts run small. I’m a spot on 30” waist and relatively slim (5,10” 155 lbs). Size 30 liner shorts are uncomfortable to the point I can’t use them. They constantly ride up/bunch. I would recommend buying liner shorts separately in a larger size. The liner shorts are good quality other than size issue.Outer shorts seem well constructed and the material offers a nice stretchiness. The outer shorts run a bit big in the waist but the waist straps allow you cinch down to a good fit. Do not size up on the outer shorts.
