size is right, very low cut in front. They are comfortable to wear, good for swim and run, but I wouldn't do more than a sprint Tri in these as the pad is super thin. You could get by doing an Olympic in a pinch, but not much more.Order a size bigger.... Everything else was as expectedI have a large athletic build especially in thighs and even though I got the XL they were too tight on my lower thigh just above my knee. Too painful to ride in. Not sure XXL would work,the waist would be too loose.good fit. worth the price for the comfort.
