Love anything Bearpaw. These are no execption. Actually have these already in black, Gray and Tan. When I came across this color knew I had to have them.I had to return these based on my own standards. They remind me too much of my actual combat boots I wear with my military uniform. Otherwise if they came in a different color I’d have kept them. A dark chocolate brown or black perhaps? But they were comfy and easy to lace up when I tried them on. No doubt they would have been great in the ND winters.These are weird fitting boots. The fur insert makes my feet slide so I had to put in regular inserts. When I removed the fur insert, it looked and felt like a cardboard sole. It honestly walks like a cardboard sole.. It pops in flex motion. Super weird. Also, it feels like I'm wearing 2 different shoes as the left foot is straight, but the right toe pushes out toward the right, causing my foot to slide and turn out. This isn't my first pair of Bearpaw boots and I've never had a problem like that. That aside, they're pretty comfortable outside of that issue. They're definitely warm and dry which are also pretty important. I probably won't be able to handle another winter obsessing over the weird quirks of them though.I am always a size 7 in shoes or boots. I got a size 7.5 because they didn’t have my size on here and honestly so glad I did. I now have room for thick socks and regular socks still fit comfortably in these boots. Super stylish so so happy I bought them! I will be wearing these a lot!These boots are so comfortable. The quality seems to be very good!
